Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed at shop.sendokaichampions.com.

1) Where we ship
We ship to many countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
2) Fulfillment types (your order may ship in separate packages)
A) Print-on-demand (POD) items (e.g., t-shirts, mugs)
Most of our merchandise is made to order after you place an order.
- Fulfillment (production) time: typically 2–5 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is calculated as: fulfillment time + shipping time = estimated delivery time.
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (where available).
B) In-stock items shipped by us (The Art Book)
The Art Book is in stock at our office in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) and ships from Spain.
- Dispatch schedule: We pack and dispatch Art Book orders once or twice per week (rather than every day).
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available).
3) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and items in your cart.
4) Split shipments
If your order includes both POD items and the Art Book, you may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking links.
5) Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.
6) Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
7) Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, peak demand, or events outside our control.
8) Lost packages and delivery issues (POD)
For print-on-demand shipments, issues must be reported within these timeframes:
Lost in transit: within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged/misprinted/defective: within 30 days after delivery, with clear photos.
9) Damaged items (all shipments)
If your order arrives damaged, email shop@kotoc.cat
