We operate this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a shopping experience.
The Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced in them—including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Contact Information—set out your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
1. ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY
You may use the Services only if you can form a legally binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings.
Many items sold in the Store are produced on demand / made to order. We may change product descriptions, pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for reasons including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, payment issues, errors in pricing or product information, production limitations, or shipping restrictions.
An order is accepted only when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Because many items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once production or fulfilment has started. For returns, replacements, and refunds, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders are intended for personal or household use. We may refuse orders that appear intended for commercial resale.
4. PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices may change at any time. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping costs and may not include customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment details and to update them as needed.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, peak demand, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss/damage: Where EU consumer rules apply, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you (or a third party you designate other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law if goods are lost or damaged before delivery.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, refunds, and any applicable withdrawal/cancellation rights are governed solely by our Return & Refund Policy (and any mandatory consumer rights that apply). Where applicable, exceptions may exist for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

All content on the Services (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, design, and arrangement) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sendokai Champions Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sendokai Champions Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sendokai Champions Store, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sendokai Champions Store.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information we collect through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also process personal information as described in Shopify’s privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Where permitted by law, disputes shall be subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or protections you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
